I spoke with Ken the when I was in a panic and he was very helpful setting me up for the appointment immediately the following morning. When I arrived Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as was Dave and I really felt as though I was in good hands. The lounge area is absolutely lovely and there were drinks and snacks available and everything was very clean. I had a lovely experience there, and I definitely recommend them very highly.
