If you decide to sell us your car, we will require the following:

• A driver's license or other state-issued photo ID for all persons on the title.
• A copy of the vehicle registration for all persons named on the title.
• A valid title (if not held by a third-party loan provider or finance company). If you have an outstanding loan or financing arrangement on the vehicle, we will provide a Secured Power of Attorney form that must be signed by all persons named on the title.
• Disclosure of any salvage history, flood damage, theft recovery or any other title branding.
• All persons named on the title must be present to sign all documents.

• A Vehicle Purchase Agreement (provided and completed by us) signed by all persons named on the title.
• An Odometer Disclosure Statement (provided by us) signed by all persons named on the title.
• A Damage Disclosure Statement (provided by us) signed by all persons named on the title.

What Happens To The Cars Geneva Foreign & Sports Buys?
Although we will buy any car, only about half will ever make it to one of our stores for sale to the public. Only cars that pass our rigorous inspection get reconditioned and sold on our lots. Cars that don't meet our high-quality standards are sold at major wholesale auctions.

Questions about our appraisal of your vehicle? You can meet with the person who conducted the appraisal. Our appraisers are trained to explain the appraisal process, what they looked for and what impacted your car's value.

Can I Trade In My Leased Vehicle?
You can trade in your leased vehicle in almost the same way as any other financed vehicle. We'll appraise the car or truck first and then we'll contact the leasing company for a payoff quote and process any equity you might have. Please note that your leased vehicle might not be eligible for the above described trade-in tax savings.
