A: Parts covered vary depending on the Warranty Coverage that you pick. The Wynn's brochure states everything that "is" covered.
PLANS & TERMS AVAILABLE
Q: What different types of plans and terms are available?
A: When selecting a plan, make sure that the coverage selected is right for the vehicle you are purchasing, based on your specific needs. Wynn's Extended Care Used Vehicle Coverage offers comprehensive "Named" component protection on pre-owned and later model vehicles with coverage terms ranging from 3 Months/3,000 Miles to 36 Months/36,000 Miles. With prices ranging from $315 to $2000, the warranty plans offer protection you want at very reasonable cost. Our experts will help you find the best plan for your specific situation.
DEDUCTIBLE
Q: What deductible will apply to your contract? Is there one deductible for an entire repair visit or does each component group require a deductible?
A: Depending on the plan that you choose, there are 3 different deductibles. You can prepay the deductible at the time of the contract purchase if you so choose. The deductible only applies per repair visit, not per component group.
REPAIR FACILITY
Q: Are there any restrictions on which repair facility you may take your vehicle to for repairs?
A: There are no restrictions regarding as to where you bring your vehicle to be repaired. Wynn's Warranty covers and certifies automotive repair facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Q: Does the warranty company cover routine maintenance?
A: Wynn's Warranty covers pieces that have malfunctioned. A regular wear item (ex: brakes, tires, etc.) are not covered under an extended warranty.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Q: Does the warranty offer coverage (or reimbursement) for the following items: towing, rental car and emergency road service, etc.?
A: Wynn's includes 24 hour roadside assistance, towing reimbursement, and car rental reimbursement.
TRANSFER/CANCELLATION
Q: Is the warranty transferable? What if I decide I want to cancel my warranty?
A: Wynn's Warranties are transferrable. There is a $25 fee for paperwork. If a Wynn's Warranty is cancelled, the remaining portion of the warranty will be reimbursed. |
